Tips to implement MIL-I-45208A

During the above process you will have educated yourself about your quality system to become an expert on the subject, which will help your employees and prepare you for interaction with your Customers.

Meeting minutes should include:
satisfaction with the audits, corrective actions and the results of complaints
dissatisfaction and requirements for further auditing or more corrective actions
satisfaction with the corrective actions taken by the relevant authorities
names of attendees
summary of the points raised/resolved.
Meeting minutes should be produced and archived by the quality manager.
